Clash of Good and Evil and The Eerie Silence of Christians

The clash between good and evil has never been more apparent in my lifetime, nor has silence of those who call themselves, Christians, been more eerie.

Like many of you, I want to look away. I want to think about Thanksgiving menus and Christmas decorating. I want to pretend that this world, that my kids and grandkids will inherit, is better than it is.

But, we can’t look away. To do so is selfish and dangerous.

If we truly love our children and grandchildren, how can we not open our mouths and call evil wrong? Shall we not stand for those who are being viciously persecuted, mutilated and murdered?

Let’s be sickened by what has happened to Israeli families. Let’s call it wrong. Let’s immediately stop giving to colleges and other organizations that allow threats to be made against Jewish students here. Let’s not sit idly by while a new Holocaust happens.

Let’s soberly understand those who hate the Jews also hate Christians. They hate America.

Let’s contact the Biden administration, and our elected officials and demand they close our borders and protect us from terrorists coming across by the thousands.

Let’s not stop there.

Let’s call our community leaders and ask them to protect our children who are subjected to evil at drag shows and by trans ideologies. Do we not see that this is nothing more than rebellion against our Creator?

What’s more, let’s call out college professors who preach evil, anti-God, Marxist ideologies and stop giving to institutions that support them. Our sons and daughters are being brainwashed.

Oh friends, we are losing this great country. We are collapsing from within. And maybe this is all part of prophecy being fulfilled.

But woe to those who call evil good and good evil while we see it happening. (Isa 5:20).

Woe to us who sit idly by, distracting ourselves with temporary things and remaining silent while others are deceived and destroyed.

Woe to us, who never open our mouths to share the hope of the Savior. Woe to us who keep such a great salvation to ourselves. (Heb 2:3)

For if we truly want to see better for ourselves, for this world, and for those we love, we know that better will only come from hearts changed by the truth of the gospel.

And it’s true. Salvation is found in no other Name (Acts 4:12).

May we find our voices today, and refuse to remain silent.
