There is a difference between stepping in sin and walking in it—practicing it as a habit or lifestyle.

And those who walk in it, with no desire or effort to walk away from it, should be warned.

Jesus said, “The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who practice lawlessness, and will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. “ (Matt 13:41- 42)

Hell is real. It won’t be a party. And we need to understand this and warn others.

God said through Ezekiel “When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.” (Eze 3:18)

But our world says warning someone about their sin is judging and unloving.

But this could not be further from the truth.

And the enemy has used this to silence many and water down what is being spoken from our pulpits.

But if we believe what the Bible says about Heaven and Hell, and what it says about right and wrong, and we have a relationship with someone walking in sin with no effort to walk away from it, and we never say anything to them—we surely cannot truly care for them.

And, what’s truly concerning, the God of the Universe says He will hold us accountable for not speaking out and not trying to dissuade them (read that passage from Ezekiel above again).

We can’t just ignore that. God, give us courage to speak truth in love. Help me tell others where hope and freedom and salvation are found.
