Hey, don’t forget where REAL hope is found!!

I can’t remember what had caused me to fear way back then, I just remember her response.

Oh, how I miss my wise friend. She’s with Jesus now.

She told me, “When the world is crazy, when you don’t know what to do, draw closer to Jesus. Be prepared to give an answer for the hope you have.”

And, right now, we who call Jesus, Lord, have exactly that, HOPE, because of Him! Let’s don’t forget that!!

It is increasingly evident we can’t count on our President, nor this country, or our military might, nor the economy, not even our own health to protect and comfort us.

BUT —

“The LORD is the everlasting God,
the Creator of all the earth.
He never grows weak or weary.
No one can measure the depths of his understanding.
He gives power to the weak
and strength to the powerless.
Even youths will become weak and tired,
and young men will fall in exhaustion.
But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint.
(Isa 40:28-31)

May we hope in the Eternal One who does not fail! May our eyes be set on Him! May our tongues tell of His goodness! May we never doubt His Kingdom is powerfully advancing!

And the people who know their God shall be strong! (Daniel 11:32)

Let’s remind each other, when we can’t see God’s hand and we can’t figure out what He is doing, we can trust His good heart:
