Our daughter and her little family are at our house recovering from her surgery. That adjustable bed, my husband led us to buy a few years ago, has turned into such a blessing right now as it’s so hard for her to get up and down. Thank you to all who have been praying—things look good!
And you know what else? Despite how bad Abi’s been feeling, that girl of mine had the audacity to speak truth to her momma last night.
She even used a verse I had sent her months ago. 😳
Turns out that verse, that was perfect for my daughter’s struggle over a situation, is also perfect for mine right now.
And isn’t that like our God? How He helps us hold on to truth through one another!
Oh, it may ruffle our feathers at first when we are called out for things like sin struggles, but this we can know and should remember—those who truly love us, and want God’s best for us, will do just that!
So, let’s keep speaking truth to one another and let’s encourage each other to not only REMEMBER it but trust God enough to actually LIVE it too! That’s where the REAL BLESSINGS are!
