No matter what…

If I could explain God, if I could control Him, treat Him like a vending machine, if I could predict His next move or always understand His last – would He be worthy of my worship?

Would He be Mighty God?

But He is Mighty!
He is the Great I Am.
He is Holy.

And this very moment, He is on the throne surrounded by four living creatures who do not rest day or night but continue to say: “Holy,Holy Holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!”(Rev 4:8)

And thousands upon ten thousands, say with a loud voice:“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!” (Rev 5:12)

And a great multitude in Heaven cries out, “Alleluia Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! (Rev 19:1)

And He who alone is worthy of ALL honor, He who holds ALL power is, at this very moment, our Great High Priest at the Father’s right Hand (Heb 1:3) making intercession for those who call Him Lord.

Can you wrap your mind around THAT?

Do you have anything going on that HE can’t handle?

No, not even the thing you just thought of!

Oh praise HIS Name! For our Great High Priest sympathizes with our weaknesses. He knows our struggles, He was in all points tempted as we are but did not sin! (Heb 4:15)

And He says in the Word He inspired and controls, that we may, “therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in our time of need.” (Heb 4:18).

Jesus understands our weaknesses and does not turn away! People may turn away from us but He never does! He knows we’ve blown it, and will blow it again, and still says we can come boldly to the throne of our Mighty God!

Oh friend, let’s run to Him in this day!

Let’s don’t miss the REST that is found in our Savior!

Let’s keep on reading the Word and, with faith, trusting our Great High Priest enough to do what He says (Heb 4:2).

Let’s cast our cares on Him for He cares for us!(1 Pet 5:7)

And not only does He care, but all power belongs to Him!

He is our righteousness and He is our help! And He will speak help and hope through His Word!

Let’s be diligent to read it! Let’s not cease in our praying. There’s such hope and power there.

  1. I apologize! I have no idea how my last email happened! I was in Walmart & my phone was in my back pocket or purse. I’m so sorry! Blessings , Denise
