Thank You and update

Just want to sincerely thank all of you who pray for me and for this ministry. Over the last few weeks, I felt your prayers as my Dad went home to be with Jesus. Your prayers helped me remember the Hope of Heaven and also carried me through speaking events where the Lord brought several salvations!!!!

I’ll be sharing at Dixie Lee Baptist (dixieleebaptist.org) Feb 24th and then will be taking some time off as our son, Ben, gets married to sweet Katie and our daughter, Abi, and her husband, Forest, have our first granddaughter!

I’ll be back to speaking this fall and I am starting to book those events. Abi will be sharing with me again in September at an event near Nashville.

Please pray as I continue to study and write during this time. May I seek the Lord with all my heart and only share as He leads. What an amazing God we serve! How we need Him every day! Let’s keep encouraging one another! Happy Sunday!

  2. Mrs. Kim,

I am deeply sorry for your loss. Words are never enough.

I am grateful for what the Lord has done in your life. Your book, “Truth To Hold On To”, was so real, so fantastically written, and inspiring to so many. I admire your ability to share in the weakness’s (that we all endure but never want to acknowledge), only to find the strength that the Lord gives to us if we just ask. To finally get to hear you speak this weekend at Monterey First Baptist Church was simply amazing. God has blessed you with a very powerful gift as well as so many blessing that continue to pour into your life through so many hardships. Please know that we will continue to lift you and your family up in prayer. And thank you again for sharing your story and your spirit, and your Love for Jesus with us this weekend. That struggle is always present and sometimes you just need to take time for yourself to let that holy spirit refuel your soul as well. Enjoy your break, and your family, and congratulations on becoming a Grandmother… and tell your sweet Mama congrats on becoming a Great Grandmother.

  3. Kim,

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You did a wonderful job Saturday. The ladies loved you. Most of all, I know God used you to bring some of the ladies there closer to Jesus.

I am so sorry about the audio issues. We had the microphones working great when we set everything up on Wednesday evening. I have no idea what happened after that. I am living and learning at this church. When I volunteered to lead the Women’s Ministry, I did not know that it included learning how to set up audio systems, and many other small church issues. I had attended mega churches that had staff for all of those things in my past. Again, I apologize.

Please enjoy this season of Ben’s wedding and your precious grandbaby. You will be a perfect grandmother! Grandbabies are the best gift!

I would appreciate if very much if you would send me your mailing address.

Thank you and may God continue to bless you, your family and your ministry.
