I’m getting lots of questions about the Knoxville gathering at West Park so here’s more details —
Friday, April 25th – 5:30-9:00pm
Saturday, April 26th – 8:30am -2:30pm
I will be sharing my testimony Friday night and 2 sessions God has laid on my heart on Saturday.
Registration covers three meals, including a full meal on Friday evening, continental breakfast on Saturday morning, and sandwich lunch on Saturday afternoon. We will also be having time for some fun fellowship activities including games, a craft, and door prize giveaways! There is also an opportunity to purchase an optional Women’s Ministry Retreat T-shirt!
Part of the West Park’s Women’s Ministry team mission is to support organizations that impact women in our community. This year, we will be supporting our very own Knox Haven’s Bread of Life (BOL) food pantry. The BOL pantry will reopen in April and will offer fresh veggies, fruit, and meat, as well as nutrition classes. We need to help them get the word out! We are asking that women bring 6 USPS Forever Stamps. For each 6 stamps you bring, you will get several raffle tickets for the door prize giveaways! The more stamps you bring, the more raffle tickets you will get! During our break time on Saturday, women can put stamps on mailing labels, return labels, and hand write a note on brochures that will be mailed out.
