Tips for those planning a group study with Kim’s new devotional!

Grab some friends and study Paul’s letter to the Corinthians together with “A Journey Through Corinthians with Kim Jaggers.”

You can encourage one another, and learn from one another. This devotional will help you to do just that!

The goal is to be in the Word every day because it is there that we believe God will give us what we need for the world we face. This inviting devotional will help you dig deep and walk in truth from these powerful letters God inspired Paul to write—letters that are so relevant to our hearts today.

As we seek the Lord together, we will find ourselves encouraging one another to hold tight to truth and walk forward in the peace, hope and joy that God has for us.

Over the course of 9 weeks, you and your friends will cover both letters to the church at Corinth in this one devotional (5 weeks for 1st Corinthians, and 4 weeks for 2nd Corinthians).

Generally, each day will only take participants about 15 minutes to read the passage and the devotional.

You’ll want to encourage your group to individually take notes about what stood out to them in the passage and in the devotional. There’s plenty of room in the devotional to do that.

Then, plan a time (once a week, or whatever works best for your group) to get together at someone’s home or your favorite coffee shop to discuss what the Lord is showing you in a book club format.

This time together will be rich as the Lord will bless you and guide you as you seek Him. Be sure to open and close with prayer and pray together for one another.

If you are leading a group, you may want to highlight some of the reflective questions throughout the devotional for discussion. Also, be sure to pray for your group and ask the Holy Spirit to help you guide discussion to truth from the Word.

And, if you are planning to study with friends, will you message me, or comment below, so I can be sure to pray for you?

What a Savior! How sweet to seek Him together!
