Update!

Just thought I’d update on me, our family, and where I’m headed next in the Word.

I’m doing much better after CoVid. My sweet husband now has it but is starting to feel better. I’ll see my cardiologist next week but continue to get good reports. The initial area of biggest concern has been determined to not be progressing (praise Jesus!) and my electrical problem is being monitored and can be treated as needed. Thank you for those prayers!

As for family, Abi is enjoying her newlywed life. It’s crazy but it’s been a year now. Her husband, Forest, works with us but also just became a licensed real estate agent.

Ben is doing well working in supply chain and serving in a large singles ministry, called “1825”. If you’ve read my book, you know what a praise his great health is!

Will is working in an appraisal office and is completing his license. He is also doing well and remains cancer-free! Thanks to the those who were studying with me back then when that happened and prayed like crazy for us.

I so covet your prayers as I write and study. Please pray God will continue to use my book, “Truth to Hold On To”, to draw others to Himself.

Please also pray as I share as I study the Word. I’m feeling drawn to Genesis. I’m not sure if I’ll cover the entire book, but I do believe there are some foundations of our faith and truths about our God that are timely for us to revisit. I hope you’ll join me!

As always, I hope you know I’m honored by your prayers and encouragement. I hope you’ll always test everything I share by God’s Holy Word.

And speaking of sharing, I am starting to speak at Women’s events once more as more and more churches are beginning to do these again. Abi has been speaking with me some and God has gifted her with a deep love for God and a relatable, humble style in sharing His truth.

God is so good to me. I’m so thankful for His incredible presence in the hard days and the good days. In all the days, let’s just keep encouraging each other to hold tight to Him and all the more as we see the Day of His return approaching.
